Refund Policy

1. Donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund requests for errors (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts) must be submitted within 7 days of the donation or payment.

3. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by EACTI are final.
